Cancellation Policy

Costs are incurred by the conference organizers for all cancellations and changes (non-refundable credit card processing fees and administrative fees). Our cancellation policies are designed to offset these costs and to ensure the sustainability of the event for others. These policies are final.

Cancellations until Friday May 17, 11:59pm PT: Full refund minus $100 administration fee
Cancellations Saturday May 18, onward: No refunds for cancellations

If you are subjected to unacceptable behavior, notice that someone else is being subjected to unacceptable behavior, hear of any such incidents, or have any other concerns, please notify a symposium representative immediately and report the incident. Means to report any occurrences of inappropriate behavior include talking to the symposium organizers, a session moderator, or anyone staffing the registration tables (watch for green name tags) or report your concerns by email to wildfire.symposium@ubc.ca and we will respond as soon as possible.
