BC Wildfire Service
Tony is Anneke’s dad and Lisa’s husband. When he goes to work, he is the Deputy Director of Provincial Operations with the BC Wildfire Service. Since joining the BC public service in 2007, Tony’s work has focused on building partnership-based solutions at the intersection of reconciliation, land stewardship and climate change. Between October 2023 and May 2024 he led the Secretariat team supporting the Premier’s Expert Task Force on Emergencies. Tony and his family live on the Gitdumden yintah in Smithers.
